Hello friends from Italiy,

On my vacations this summer I would like to fuel my Caddy Ecofuel in Udine. Does any one of you knows if there is a chance to find a adapter on this station? Otherwise I have to by an adapter for Italy.

I´m from Germany and my car is an VW Caddy Ecofuel 1,4(CNG). We will drive thru Italy to make holliday in Croatia.

Welcome in Ecomotori!
Well, maybe you will not have some problems connected with the use of an adapter for you Caddy. I thinks that you have the NGV on your car, like the Zafira, Touran, etc...then, in all italian stations will you find there the adapter: they will insert this before the fuel (in Italy there is not the self service and you have to wait a man that will fuel your car) .

Hi, in Italy almost every CNG filling station (in italian: distributori di metano) have the adapter from italian standard (the standard used for aftermarket italian models) to NGV1 standard (the standard used for every CNG model apart from Fiat).
I think you shold not have any problem with filling your car

Pay attention to the aperture/closure of each filling station: in Italy there are no self-service station, so you have to go and refill your car only during the aperture shifts, and often you have to pay with cash (in most cases neither credit cards nor any other electronic payment is accepted)
